Nickname(s):
Major: Writing
Age: twenty
Grade: junior
Birthdate: May 8
Orientation: Straight
Location: Sanoma, California
`Appearance ,,
Paige has dark chocolate brown hair that reaches to about her mid back. She has warm, dark gray eyes. Her face is heart shaped, with a small nose centered perfectly between her eyes. Her normal sized ears are contained behind her hair. She also has thin, lips. When she smiles, they point, as if arrows, towards a pair of cute dimples on either side of her mouth. A slim neck leads down her petite shoulders and nicely sized breasts. Paige is thin, yet has appropriate curves to fill out her body. With her long legs she stand at about 5 foot, 5 inches.
She has never been one to dress to impress. As long as she feels she looks nice, why try to prove it to others? With her slightly tanned skin, Paige sticks to the darker colors for clothing. Her choices have never been limited, mostly, you see her in jeans and comfortable tops. Her shoes, well, she's never been big on shoes, just whatever she thinks looks good. Being a writer, she also likes being creative with her wardrobe at times.

Best Feature: Her lips. For some reason, Paige has always loved the shape and color of her thin lips. Unlike many other people in the world, she is ecstatic to know she has smaller lips. So she doesn't feel the need to pay god knows how much money to have her lips injected by a needle to make them full. It always looks fake when a person has thin lips one day, and then the next day, they look like Angelina Jolie.
Worst Feature: Her ears. As a child, going to a private school, the other girls always seemed to pick her out of the crowd to torment. For some odd reason, it was always about her ears. They called her various names, which she's forgotten by force. The memories are too harsh. The other girls said her ears were too small for her head, and that it made her look like a....'balloon head'. From that time on, she'd let her lair grow longer, to cover them so that maybe she wouldn't have to endure any more bullying.
`Personality ,,
Loyal;;
Loyalty has always been part of Paige. People may not always be so loyal towards her, but that doesn't change the fact that she's always loyal to others. Once she promises someone something, she goes through with it and does her best to keep that promise. Sure, sometimes it may be extremely difficult to stay true to her friends and family, but at the end of the day, her promises are always kept, no matter how big, or how outrageous, or silly they may be. Not everyone has always been there for her and it was gravely disappointing, and saddened her deeply. She couldn't bare to think of causing anyone else to feel that way because of her. It was out of the question and there would be no thinking otherwise.
Trustworthy;;
Paige will never lie to you, unless the truth will only hurt you more. If she messes up and does something that will hurt you later, she'll tell you. She could care less about how it affects her, as long as you know the truth. Say for instance, you have a bad break up, and your ex boyfriend wants her, you can rest easy knowing she wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole. Many people question her trust, because they see her as a threat, but time and time again, Paige has proven herself a worthy friend, while also assuring everyone that she is nowhere near perfect and to not think of her that way. Other people's trust is what she holds dear. She can't stand it when people don't trust her and does what she can to prove they can. In the end, whether they believe it or not, she knows the truth.
Independent;;
For as long as she can remember, Paige has always been the type of girl to handle things by herself. She prefers do things the way she wants. She likes to be herself, and not want everyone else wants her to be. She can handle living on her own, and taking care of herself. When it comes to paying her bills and paying for her mistakes, she never calls mommy and daddy to help her, no she takes care of it herself. She doesn't feel the need to prove to anybody that she is in fact an adult. Even though her parents were extremely reluctant to let her move out and move across the country, she finally convinced them that it was what was best for her if she wanted to become a writer. They couldn't bare to crush her dreams, so they let her go. Paige refused when they offered to pay her way, but she assured them that this was all her. She would do everything she was required to do on her on. She would never take no for an answer, on anything.

Likes: Fashion, Traveling, Acting, Reading, Writing, English, Listening to the Piano, Periodic clothing
Dislikes: Math, Science, Writer's-block, uninteresting books, liars, backstabbers, Loud Music, Spicy foods.
Positive Traits: Outgoing - She isn't afraid to meet new people and will go right up to a perfect stranger and say hi. She could be almost anywhere, and see someone standing alone or with a group of friends, and walk over to try and make conversation. That's how she ends up with most of her friends. As a child, her parents were a little cautious of this trait, living in a big city with so many strangers. Though the older she got, the less it bothered them.
Kind - No matter what the costs, she'll always be there for her friends. People don't always deserve her kindness, but never-the-less, that's what they get. She can't help it, it's just a part of her. Only once has she ever showed anything other than kindness toward a person, and that was jealousy. They had something she lost and loved dearly and she couldn't help but envy her, but never has she been unkind.
Determined - Once she sets her mind to something, there's no changing it. She wants what she wants, and there's no stopping her. Once she found her love for writing and decided to become a novelist, she put her mind to it and didn't let anyone or anything stand in her way. In her opinion, obstacles are only temporary and make the fight for her dream that much more exciting.
Negative Traits: Judgmental - She's quick to judge people depending on how they act the first time she meets them, good or bad. It has been this way since she was a child, growing up and going to an all girls school. The girls there were malicious and excluded her from everything. If she wanted friends, she had to pretend to be like them, which often got her into a little trouble.
Stubborn - At times... Paige can be a little too stubborn over unimportant matters. After her baby brother was born, her parents paid more attention to him than her. Even at 18, she felt like she should have more of their attention, and did what she could to make that possible. So when they denied her wishes on some things, she often through tantrums and accused them of not wanting her to be happy. Even though she felt guilty, and knew that wasn't true, she continued to act this way, if only to get their attention.
Clumsy - It's true that sometimes she can be a total klutz. Paige thinks she was born blond, though she knows that hair color has nothing to do with the way people act. She rather refers to the saying 'two left feet', because she stumbles a lot, and bumps into things quite frequently. At times she finds it rather annoying, but at others, she's grateful, because that was way she met Jackson Cole.
Greatest Ambition: To be a famous writer and start a family.
Greatest Fear:That she's not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough, not want her family expects from her.
`History ,,
Paige was always the girl who everyone thought was going to be a big movie star. Her mother sent her to all girl schools, and dragged her to acting lessons every week from the time she turned six. To make her mother happy, she made herself believe it was really what she wanted. When she was ten, she'd taken the bus to acting classes, but when she got off, she got lost and wound up in a book store. That was the day her life changed.
Over the years, she continued going to her acting classes, but also made daily trips to the bookstore. When she was 18, her baby brother was born. That was the day she almost lost her mother. Ben was a large baby, and her mother had chosen natural child birth over using drugs to dull the pain. She took two weeks to recover. An emotional state for everyone.
Until she reached college, Paige had never had a boyfriend, she'd never even been out on a date. Well, almost never, she did go out with her family's best friend's son a few times, to please her parents. It was then, in her freshman year of college, that she told her mother of her love of writing and how much she wanted to be a writer. It took her mother awhile to get over her disappointment, but then she fully supported Paige in doing what she wanted. Her father, on the other hand, was not so enthusiastic. Maybe someday, she could make her dream come true, with her father's approval.
Her parents and friends were horrified whens he told them she'd been accepted into the Washington University of Arts and that she moving to Seattle. It was a long way from home, and she'd never been out of state, though hopefully she'd fit in.

Best Memory: It was winter, and the snow was falling heavily from the clouds. The room was full of parents and their kids, waiting for the event to start. Paige and her parents were siting in the second row, three seats down. Her mother was stroking her hair, trying to calm her. It seemed as though the judges were taking forever. Finally one of them came on stage. The room was just barely lit, and the floor was glittering with the sprinkles of fake snow dropped here and there. Paige was rocking back and forth in her seat nervously as the judge began talking. This was the first writer's contest she'd entered in. "Forty-six stories were sent in. Only ten of those stories made the finals. Over the past few weeks, the other judges and I have been marveled at how well your young minds have developed stories that should be being sold in bookstores everywhere. Ellen Martin, Jonathan Sanders, Reed Philips, Nikki Vahn, Brooke Morgan, Joel Reeds, Amanda Chase, Jessica Hall, Paige Roberts, and Eric Griffin. One of you lucky ten was chosen to win Sanoma's Novel of the Year award. This writer, has enthralled us and left us wanting more.This writer gave us a true love story, a struggle for survival, a great war, and the birth of a foreseen child. This writer......" The judge paused, her eyes scanning the faces of each contestant. "Is Paige Roberts!! With her book 'The Foretold'!!!" Tears of joy streamed down her face as her mother hugged her tightly before pushing her out of her seat. Paige nearly ran to the stage to except the prize. A small plac and the first published copy of her novel.
Worst Memory: The day she and Jackson Cole ended their relationship. Paige truly believed that he was her true love, and still does to this day. She didn't even remember why they ended it, just that it broke her heart. She'd layed in her dorm for more than five hours, crying and wishing she could change things and go back to how they used to be. Her friends couldn't even get her to go out.

`Writing Skill ,,
It was late winter, about December or so, and the entire colony was getting ready for the Christmas Eve Ball. Every girl in the colony, was purchasing such gorgeous ball gowns. The young men were purchasing their coats and such as well. The town was dressed in pure white silk that fell from the sky. The snow was heavy this year. It was to be Rosalyn Ishwood's first ball. When a young girl turned 15, she was required to attend the Christmas Eve Ball. Then she would be considered a young woman, and considered old enough to marry.
Rosalyn sat gazing out of her bedroom window at a group of girls her age. They seemed to be admiring the gowns in Sunderland's shoppe. Sunderland is the name of the town that Rosalyn lives in. A burst of laughter came from downstairs. Her mother and father had company, and she had been told to stay in her room for just a short while after they arrived.
Smiling to herself, she decided it was time she when into town, just to browse the shops. Grabbing her winter cloak, and sliding her feet into her shoes. She headed downstairs quietly, not wanting to disturb her parents. They seemed to be having fun. Rosalyn paused at the end of the stairs as she felt her mother's eyes on her.
"Darling! Rosy there you are. We were just talking about you. Are you heading out my dear?" Her mother greeted her with a warm smile.
"Yes ma’am. Is it alright if I take a stroll around town?"
"I see no reason why not. Just be home before dark, I don't want you roaming around and ending up hurt."
"Thank you mother. I'll be home soon." With a grateful smile and a curtsy, Rosalyn headed out the door.
The streets were crowded by the newcomers who had arrived to help the Prince a wife. Prince John had summoned ambassadors from all over the world. They were try and help him find the right princess that he should marry. She was to meet at least one at the ball, but she could be wrong. Over the hill tops and buildings, she could see the palace.
Rosalyn gazed longingly at the tall glistening building as she walked along the streets. She became trapped in a dream, one she'd been having for the past few nights, over and over again. She was wearing a long, beautiful maroon gown. Her hair was tided in maroon ribbons, and white flowers. A boy around the same age as her, maybe older, had his arms around her as they danced. They gazed into each other's eyes, soft, longing smiles on their faces. But she could never see what he looked like, fore his face was always a blur.
She wanted to meet him, more than anything. Yet he was only a dream. He only lived when she slept. Rosalyn looked off into nothing as she focused on her dream. She was not watching wear she was going and bumped into someone.
"Whoa! Hey! Watch where you're going will you?!" A voice cried as they both tumbled to the ground.
"Please forgive me! I'm so sorry!" Looking up, she saw a boy, with a hand on the back of his raven haired head.
"It's fine. I really should have been watching where I was going myself M' lady." His eyes drifted to her, and she felt her face flush.
Slowly, the boy stood, dusted himself off, and extended his hand to help her to her feet. Rosalyn cautiously took his hand. His skin was soft, and warm. She smiled kindly at him. He did the same as well. As he pulled her to her feet, Rosalyn, hastily dusted off her peddi-coats. He was her age, or so it seemed. He gave her a shy smile, and she returned to gesture. She had never been one to socialize much, no not her.
"May I ask your name madam?" The strange boy spoke again, his words soft.
"Rosalyn Ishwood, M' lord." Gathering the sides of her peddi-coats, Rosalinn curtsied.
"Rosalyn....." Her name sounded more enchanting coming from a boy's mouth than it did her own. "I'm Daniel Conrad. It's a pleasure to meet you M' lady." With a handsome bow, he took her hand and kissed it, ever so lightly.
"The pleasure is all mine good sir. May I ask.... have you lived in our town very long? I don't recall seeing you around before." Her milky complexion had flushed from the cold and her nose was a soft pink, her green eyes stood out like gorgeous emeralds.
"I have just come into town with my father. He is an ambassador for the princess of England." He told her.
"Well, that makes since now. I was wondering why I'd never seen you before."
Their conversation carried on for while, in the same spot by the roads, until a couple of grouchy old men bumped into them and murmured something about 'kids these days'. Daniel suggested they go for a walk while they talked. It seemed that they talked for hours, but it hadn't been too long really. He seemed very nice, he even escorted her home when it was time for her to return for the evening. They sat on her doorstep until the moon and stars gazed upon the sparkling town.
He told jokes, she laughed, they became friends. The lights in town danced in the dark, reflecting in puddles on the streets. Daniel fell silent, as did Rosalyn. Both sat looking up at the moon, as it grinned back at them. The flickering stars danced in their eyes. The door behind them opened and Rosalyn's father stepped forth. The two looked up at him, jumping to their feet. Not because they were afraid of him, but because his sudden appearance had startled them .
"Father! You gave us a fright. Is something the matter?" Rosalyn looked at her father with a soft look on her face.
"No, no. Everything's fine. I just came out for a breath of fresh air dear. Now who's this?" A crocked smiled became embedded on his face as he looked over at Daniel.
"Oh! Forgive me Father. This is Daniel Conrad. I met him in town this evening. His father is an ambassador from England, here to help court the prince. Isn't that exciting Father!?" Her smile seemed as though it could grow not an inch more, her eyes seemed as if they were as bright as they could possibly get.
