..Washington was not Olivia’s first choice of a place to go to college but it was so far away from Kentucky it was perfect. She didn’t have to worry about what had happened while she’s in Washington. Now all she had to do was stay away from her guitar. Now that reminded her lot of Kentucky but Olivia was practically forced to come to a school where she was now going to major in music. The school had already been chosen and paid for and of course the payment was nonrefundable. Just her luck. Of course she hadn’t even unpacked her guitars out of their cases yet. Classes had started almost a month ago and Olivia had borrowed the school guitar to do all her homework and had only done the minimum requirement.
..The cool air pushed Olivia’s curly bushy blonde hair into her face. This cold weather was so new for her that she hadn’t been expecting it. Kentucky had always been so nice and warm and surprisingly Washington during her first month was bearable. Now it was just get annoying. Olivia was forced to go out on the grounds to get some fresh air in 2 heavy sweatshirts from the local sporting goods store and a pair of jeans and leg warmers. She defiantly had not prepared her body for this kind of weather.
..Olivia held a map in her gloved hands as she moved between the old buildings. One of her classes had been moved to some building that was completely across campus. She defiantly didn’t know where she was going and it was written all over her face. No one had to see Olivia’s face though because you could instantly tell that she was lost by the way she took five steps, stopped, looked around, took five more steps and then repeated this process for almost five minutes. She felt like she was back in her freshman first day of high school. There she was confided to a square while here it spanned over a few acres. It was like the men that built the old campus had designed it just to get new freshman like her lost.
..A large sigh of defeat as Olivia looked at her pink cell phone. She was now almost twenty minutes late to this class. There was really no point in going now but she really needed to find her dorms now. Olivia turned around to look back at where she had come but it all looked the same. Just trees, old buildings and leaves. It wasn’t anything new then ten minutes before but it had forced Olivia to become extremely lost and confused. Leave it to nature to do something so cruel. Olivia began her process of taking five steps, stopping, glancing around and moving again. She looked more lost then before and there seemed to be no one in sight to help her.

__________________ m a d i t o t h e r e s c u e ! The clicking sound of Madison Hurst's Prada pumps hitting the ground was consistent. She might have only been going to school at WUA for roughly two months, but she knew exactly where she was going at all times. This was most likely due to the fact that the girl had always had an excellent memory and an even better sense of direction. The campus wasn't to hard to maneuver once you memorized the buildings. However, she did have to admit that the layout of the school was a bit unorganized. She just assumed this was a tribute to the school's artistic nature. After all it would be very plain looking if all the buildings were in a straight row.
The freshman had just finished her morning class on color theory. It was one of the more boring classes she had signed up for, not at all like she had expected. It was a morning class however and she had gotten into the nasty habit of skipping it. Which may been to blame for her distaste for the class. If she'd attended more often she might have actually developed a passion for color and the vital role it played in setting the tone in a movie. Yet, this what if scenario was not the case and she had been anticipating the end of the class.
As the film student walked along one of the campus footpaths she busily texted away to one of her friends on the phone. It was only after she ended her conversation that she noted a girl in front of her. A tall girl, with long blonde hair who unlike Madi, was dressed for winter, and pacing around the same area like she was lost. Madison had to admit the girl looked ridiculous and giggled a little to herself. She wasn't sure if it was the fact that she was all bundled up in October, or the fact that she was probably stressing over the stupid campus setup. Regardless, she kept walking and within a couple dozens steps was side by side with the other girl. Madi gave the blonde a curious look and asked, "Looking for something?" She really didn't care that much about helping other people out, but she decided if she had just walked by that would be considered rude. And while Madison wasn't the sweetest girl in the world, she definitely didn't want to be labeled as a bitch.
